Our Commitment

KNOT Delivery Ltd. is committed to making its digital service accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 5758-1998 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 5773-2013.

Conformance Standard

The KNOT website and mobile app target conformance with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Key adaptations include:

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Full keyboard navigation; visible focus indicators
  • Color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for UI controls
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content
  • Alt text for non-decorative images
  • Captions and transcripts for any audio/video where applicable
  • Form validation messages associated with their controls
  • RTL support for Hebrew and Arabic
  • Skip-to-content link on every page
  • Respects user prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme

Known Limitations

Some interactive map elements (OpenStreetMap tiles) may have partial accessibility. We provide a non-map list view of order details and tracking for users relying on assistive technology.
